This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which users (“you”, “your”) may request a refund for payments made on our platform.
1. Nature of Service
Nubox provides cloud storage services on a one-time subscription basis, allowing users to securely store and access their digital files online.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in cases where the user does not receive access to the purchased cloud storage service after a successful payment.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
If the user has already accessed or used the storage service.
If the issue is caused by user error (e.g., incorrect account login, expired subscription, etc.).
If the purchase involves digital content that has already been delivered or activated.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please contact us at info@nubox.in within 3 days of your payment.
Your email must include:
- Payment Screenshot
- Transaction ID or payment reference
- Registered email or phone number used on Nubox
- Description of the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund or if you did not get subscription we will give you subscription.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days from the date of approval.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method only.
5. Cancellation Policy
Since Nubox provides a one-time subscription service, cancellations are not applicable once the purchase is completed and service access is granted.
